The best specialities is the “Focaccia da Pietro”, who accompanies our appetizers, based on hot and cold snacks, but also on the salumi di selvaggina, the Tartare of fillet, Snails with muchrooms ecc... The Pasta is prepared each morning, like “Ravioli all’Antica”, traditional of Monferrato, “Tagliatelle” with duck sauce, “Gnocchi alla Pietro”, ”Panzerotti” with Truffle cream and Saffron ecc... In the meat courses not to be forget are the “Fritto Misto ala Piemontese”, Petti di Quaglia with Lard and Rosemary, Scottadito of Agnelletto and Fillet with the red wine “Dolcetto”cream or fondue “Castelmagno” cream ecc... Regarding to the Fish Menu, the kitchen relies on the nerby Liguria, offering dishes like Salt Cod salad, fresh noodles with Sea Bass cream, “Rana pescatrice” in the Chef Style...among other specialities.
